Submit Application
We are looking for the highest quality caregivers and select families. Both caregivers and families must start with an online application. If you’re a caregiver, you’ll hear from us to schedule an interview. If you’re a family, you’ll hear from us with next steps for scheduling care.
Create Profile
Our intuitive app makes it easy for families to schedule appointments and manage childcare preferences. Once you create an account, you’ll be able to create a detailed, customized profile, which helps us create the right care match.
Find Care
This is where we shine! Silver Lining will do the work of matching a family and recommended caregiver based on schedule, preferences, and what makes each unique.
