Silver Lining Parent Services was founded by Jessica Tigchelaar, a career caregiver with a Masters in Human and Family Development and more than 20 years of experience working with kids and families.
For years, she listened to families talk about the stress of finding consistent quality care, from spending hours scrolling through online profiles to the hassle of setting up interviews, reference checks, and aligning schedules.
Jessica used her experience as a caregiver and her fine-tuned ability to gain insight into individual family needs to create the Silver Lining app, which uses a variety of factors to create the right match between families and caregivers.
