How It Works
Submit Application
We are looking for the highest quality caregivers for our select families. Once you complete the initial online application and pass our screening, we will contact you for an interview.
Complete Profile Questionnaire
After you have passed the Silver Lining screening process, you will be asked to give an availability calendar and complete a profile questionnaire. This will help match you with your best fit families.
Get Matched
Whether you’re taking a class or working another job, Silver Lining will help you find your next family match based on your schedule and preferences. Once you are matched, you will be given the family's profile along with any important notes in order to provide the best care possible.
